Colombia - Medium Roast

Colombia - Medium Roast

This medium roast honours the natural character of the coffee - sweetness from the cherry, structure from the altitude, and a clean finish that invites a second cup. It is not complicated. It is simply good coffee, done with care.

Pink Bourbon - Medium Roast

Pink Bourbon · medium roast

Pink Bourbon - Medium Roast

Pink Bourbon is a special genetic variety found in the high-altitude regions of Colombia. It is delicate, expressive, and unlike most coffees you have had. Floral aromas, stone fruit sweetness, and a honeyed finish that lingers. Roasted gently to let all of that come through.

How to choose

If you want something approachable and balanced, start with the Colombia Medium Roast. It is the most forgiving of the three, clear and enjoyable at any time of day.

If you want something rich and grounding, choose the Colombia Dark Roast. Full-body, chocolate notes, and a finish that settles you in.

If you want something special and expressive, the Pink Bourbon Medium is unlike anything in our lineup. Floral, complex, surprising. Brew it slowly and pay attention.

If you are not sure, the Colombia Medium is always the right place to begin.
