Where is your coffee from?
All our coffee comes from Santander de Quilichao in the Cauca region of Colombia, grown between 1,700 and 1,900 metres above sea level. We source from our own farms and partner farmers in the area.
How fresh is the coffee?
Coffee is roasted to order in small batches. Your bag is roasted within days of shipping, ensuring maximum freshness.
What roast level should I choose?
If you prefer brighter, more delicate flavours, choose the Medium Roast. If you prefer fuller body and deeper chocolate notes, choose the Dark Roast. Pink Bourbon is a rare variety with floral and fruit-forward character.
How should I store my coffee?
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid the fridge or freezer. Use within 2-3 weeks of opening for best flavour.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Not yet. Subscriptions are planned for the future. For now, you can order as needed through our shop.
Can I return or exchange coffee?
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. If there's an issue with your order, contact us and we'll make it right.
Do you offer wholesale?

Can I book the trailer for an event?
Yes. The Café Chicao trailer is available for markets, festivals, weddings, and private events. Visit our Trailer Events page to inquire.
